Sarson Ka Saag

INGREDIENTS:
  • Saag 1 and 1/2 kg
  • Spinach ½ kg
  • Salt according to taste
  • Ginger (Chopped) 1tsp
  • Garlic (Chopped) 1tsp
  • Green Chilies 6 pieces
  • Corn Flour 2tsp
  • Re Chili Crushed ½ tsp
  • Desi Ghee 3tsp
  • Onion ½ chopped
  • Red Chilies(whole) 5 pieces
COOKING METHOD:
  1. In cooking pot add Saag, spinach, salt and water (as required or 1 cup).
  2. Next you add chopped garlic and ginger and red chiliesand cook maximum for 2 hours.
  3. During cooking you also mash it with hand chopper.
  4. TARKA:for Tarka add Desi ghee in cooking pan and add red chilies, chopped onion, corn flour, whole red chilies and cook. After cooking add them into Saag. And turn off the flame.
  5. Saag is ready to serve.

3 Hours

SERVING:

4-5 People
