Lahori Fish Fry

INGREDIENTS:

  • 700g raho fish
  • 1 tbsp Garlic paste
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp Rice Flour
  • 3 tbsp Flour
  • 4 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 tsp fenugreek(methi)
  • 2 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tbsp coriander seeds
  • 1 cup Gram Flour
  • 1 tsp Red chili flakes
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric
  • 1 tsp Chaat Masala
  • 1 tsp Kashmiri red chili

COOKING METHOD:

  1. Take a bowl and add fish, garlic paste, salt, lemon juice, rice flour and simple flour in it and mix it well. And marinate it for 30 minutes.
  2. Now take another bowl and add crushed methi seeds, cumin, coriander seeds and crumpled all these things like masala.
  3. Now in a bowl add gram flour, and all spices (red chili flakes, turmeric, salt, chaat masala, celery seeds, crushed masala and Kashmiri red chili) mix all these things well and add water to make a batter.
  4. Now take fish mixture and add this mixture in gram flour mixture, coat all pieces of fish well and marinate for 2-3 hours.
  5. Now take a cooking pan and add oil in it, when oil become heated all fish pieces in it and fry until it changes it color.
  6. Your fish is ready to serve.
