Herbal Tea

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 cups Water
  • 4 Cloves
  • 2 Cinnamon Sticks
  • 1 tsp Fennel Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Ginger
  • 1 Bay leaf
  • 1 tbsp Lemon zest
  • 4-5 Basil Leaves
  • 4-5 Black pepper
  • Honey to taste
  • 2 Green cardamoms

COOKING METHOD:

  1. Take a cooking pan and add water in it and boil the water.
  2. Now add all spices Cloves, Cinnamon Sticks, Fennel Seeds, Ginger, Bay leaf, Lemon zest, Basil Leaves, Black pepper and Green cardamoms in it and boil water for 6-8 minutes with medium flame.
  3. At the end add honey in it for taste.
  4. Herbal tea is ready to serve.

COOKING TIME:

8 minutes

SERVE:

3-4 persons
