Grilled Fish

INGREDIENTS
  • Fish fillet 2
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • White vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Mustard powder 1 tsp
  • Lemon 2
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper  1 tsp
  • Chaat masala ¼ tsp
  • Oil 2-3 tbsp
COOKING METHOD:
  1. In a bowl add fish and all spices; soya sauce, vinegar, mustard powder, lemon juice, salt and black pepper and marinate this foe 10-15 minutes so that spices mix well in fish to develop taste.
  2. Take cooking pan and add oil in it when oil become hot, add fish in it and cook it from both sides until it properly cook.
  3. Sprinkling chaat masala on it and your dish is ready to serve.

SERVING:

2-3 persons
