- 1 cup Cheese
- 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 2-3 tbsp Fresh Cream
- 1 cup boiled Chicken
- 1/2 cup Pasta sauce
- 1/2 cup Bell pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped Onion
- Black pepper
- Lasagna sheets as required
- Mozzarella cheese for topping
- Flour as required
- 4 beaten eggs
- Bread crumbs as required
- Take a bowl and add all cheese material in it such as cream, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, cream, black pepper and mix all these things well and keep aside.
- Now take another bowl and add boiled chicken, pasta sauce, bell pepper, onion, salt and black pepper and keep aside.
- Boiled all required lasagna sheets.
- First you take lasagna sheet, cheese mixture, add extra add mozzarella cheese and at the end add chicken filling and roll lasagna sheet with all these mixture. Marinate this for 30 minutes in refrigerator.
- Now take one roll and coat this with flour, then beaten eggs and at the end with bread crumbs. Repeat these steps and marinate this again for 10 minutes.
- Now deep fry these roll with medium flame heat.
- Your lasagna rolls are ready to serve.
