INGREDIENTS
  • 600g Fish
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
  • 2 tbsp chili sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp White pepper
  • 3-4 Garlic ginger paste
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
INGREDIENTS FOR STEAK SAUCE:
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Onion
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Cream
  • 1 tsp Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp chili sauce
DIRECTION:
  1. Take a bowl now add fish, lemon juice, soy sauce, oyster sauce, chili sauce, salt, black pepper, white pepper, garlic ginger paste and olive oil in it and mix well.
  2. Marinate this mixture for 2-3 hours.
  3. Now takea grill pan, add fish with all sauces in it. Cook all things well.
  4. Now take another pan add oil and onion in it after this addsalt, black pepper, garlic and Worcestershire sauce, mix them well and add water. Cook this mixture and add cream and again cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Now pour this sauce on fish.
  6. Your dish is ready to serve.

20 minutes

SERVING:

3 persons
