Finger Fish

INGREDIENTS:
  • Fish 500g
  • Salt as per taste
  • Black pepper(powder) ½ tsp
  • Cumin Powder 1 tsp
  • Garlic Paste ½ tsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Egg 1
  • Water ½ cup
  • Maida 1 cup
  • Bread Crumbs 2 cup
  • Cooking Oil for Fry
COOKING METHOD:

Mix all these ingredients Maida, black pepper, cumin powder, garlic paste, lemon juice, 1 egg and water in a bowl and make a mixture. Next you add fish in it and leave for 30 minutes for marinating purpose. later cover fish with bread crumbs and fry in oil. Yummy finger fish is ready.

Cooking time: 30 minutes

Serve: 3-4 persons
