Chicken Hot & Sour Soup

  • Water ½ liter
  • Chicken (Boneless) 150g
  • Chicken bones 300g
  • Onions 10g
  • Carrots 25g
  • Garlic 5g
  • Cabbage 15g
  • Salt as per taste
  • Chinese Salt as per taste
  • Soy Sauce 1-½ tbsp
  • Chili Sauce 1 tsp
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Eggs 2 pieces
  • Corn Flour 6g
  • Green Onion 10g
  1. Put water in cooking pot and in water add chicken boneless, chicken bones, all vegetables (Onions, carrots, garlic, and cabbage) and boil them until it change into chicken yakhni.
  2. Add both chicken and chicken bones for boiling purpose.
  3. After boiling put chicken boneless in a plate and divide into small pieces.
  4. Now in pot add chicken yakhni, chicken small pieces, boil vegetables, salt, chines salt, soy sauce, chili sauce vinegar and boil them for 4-5 minutes.
  5. Now in this mixture add 2 eggs with corn flours to make thick mixture and boil them until eggs fully cooked.
  6. Chicken Hot and sour soup is ready to serve.

25-30 minutes


4-5 persons.
