Chicken Ginger

  • Chicken boneless 500g
  • Ghee half cup
  • Onion half
  • Salt as per taste
  • Whole Cumin 1 tbsp.
  • Ginger (chopped) 2 tbsp.
  • Yogurt ½ cup
  • Sonth Powder 1 tsp
  • Green Chili (chopped) 1 tbsp.
  • Javitri Powder 1 tsp
  • Cardamom Powder 1 tsp
  • White Pepper Powder 1 tbsp.
  • Cumin Powder 1 tsp
  • Hot Spices Powder 1 tsp
  • Lemon Juice 1 tbsp.
  • Green Coriander Ginger for garnishing

1- Add cooking oil in fry pan, then add onion, whole cumin, and ginger and cook it for some time until its turn into light brown.

2- Next step is to add yogurt ¼ cup, salt, sonth powder, green chili, javitri powder, cardamom powder, white pepper powder, cumin powder, hot spice powder, lemon juice and fryall these for maximum 5 minutes.

3- Then add chicken and again cook it for 2-3 minutes.

4- Now add remaining yogurt ¼ cup and cook it foragain 2-3 minutes.

5- And at the end use green coriander, ginger for garnishing purpose.

Yummy Chicken Ginger is ready to serve.

COOKING TIME: maximum 30 minutes

SERVE:         3-4 persons
