Chapli Kabab

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 kg Beef mince
  • 1 tbsp White Chopped cumin
  • 1 tsp Coriander
  • Salt
  • 4 pieces chopped Green Chili
  • 3 pieces chopped Tomato
  • 3 tsp crushed Red pepper
  • 3 tbsp chopped Green coriander
  • 1 & 1/2 tbsp crushed Pomegranate seeds (Anar Dana)
  • 2 tsp chopped Ginger
  • 1 tsp crushed Black pepper
  • 1/2 chopped Onion
  • 1 Egg
  • 6 tbsp Corn Flour
  • Oil (according to need)

COOKING METHOD:

  1. Take a bowl and add beef mince in it now add all remaining things such as salt, cumin, coriander, green chili,tomato, red pepper crushed, green coriander, pomegranate seeds, mint, ginger,black pepper, onion, egg and corn flour and mix them well and marinate for half an hour
  2. After marination make kababs
  3. Now in cooking pan add oil and heat it, when oil become heated ad kababs in it and fry properly.
  4. Your Chapli Kabab are ready to serve.

40 Minutes

3-4
